Is there any hardware which provide video out. I know of graphics card that provide video out. But they are expensive as i already have a graphic card and i do not need one.

Hmm, what do you need a TV out feature for? To connect your computer's output to a TV, I presume? Well, in that case, you're probably out of luck since the only thing that supports TV-Out is a video card. That's because the signals sent from your computer to your monitor are decoded by your video card and so, no matter what you do, you would need a video card to send the signals out to a receiving device. And since a computer can only use one display adapter (SLI/AMR fanboys, please excuse), I see no way in which you can get yourself a Video out unless you have a video card supporting TV-out. Somebody can correct me if I am wrong and such hardware actually exists.

Thanks alot for the prompt reply. What you presume is right.

Cheap as in how cheap are you willing to go? You can get older GeForce 4 MX based video cards for around 2k and newer DX9.0 FX 5200 cards for around 2.5k-3k. How low are we looking at here, because the ones that support TV-out and are comparatively cheap are the ones I listed. I will dig deeper and talk to some hardware vendors to find if something cheaper is indeed available. But dont get your hopes up too much. I dont think you'd find anything cheaper than a GF4MX.

I heard from a freind that there is a VGA to PAL encoder card. He said that may solve my problem. Have you heard of it?
