Is all the games which are in Steam ,will be playable on Linux? They have mentioned only L4D2. What about other games?

They are starting with L4D2. Gradually will add further titles.
Once Valve does this and succeeds, the rest will only rush-in.

If anyone goes through this thread, they will understand the trouble of supporting Linux 
For God's sake (it should actually be Linux user's sake) stop cribbing that there is only ONE game or ONE distribution and start looking at the bright side.
Let the biggies start making some good game SOMEWHERE on the Linux planet. And support the early effort. In time we will get to where we want.
