Valid Win32 Application

Hey freinds....can ne1 tell me how 2 make a non compatible win32 application work in win xp sp1 pro....

for eg. on running nfs highstakes or brain lara 99 in xp....error says "........exe is not a valid win32 application"

this is an xp compatibilty issue n i know there is a slon 2 dis but not getting how....any1 any idea abt dis?

Yes, even the compatibility mode doesnt work, any solution??

well i dont know exactly how to make the thing a win32 runnable thing. but nfs high stakes runs on my win xp pro.
so either the program is corrupted else some other problem
few years ago, i had downloaded some apps. that showed the same error.
i re downloaded them from some other sourse and it installed properly.
make sure u have the latest windows installer .
