Vaio Laptop CPU temp 65C

I have Sony Vaio VPCYB15AG more than 3 years old. Off lately it is heating up more than usual. A few times Win 7 has thrown BSOD 0x124.
Speccy shows CPU temp in range of 65 to 70 C. HDD is okay at 40C. Is there any fix for such laptop heating issues? This is first time in past 3 years or so this laptop is heating up.

Unlike desktops I am not so familiar with opening laptops. Is it simple enough to open back panels, clean CPU Heatsink, apply thermal paste etc in case of laptops? I have the required screwdriver set as such. Thx.

when I spray circuit cleaner liquid in the vents the temperature lowers by 5 - 7 deg to around 58 - 60 C but soon in about few minutes goes back to 65 or more.

about applying thermal paste.. I think lot of disassembly is needed before I can reach the CPU. Has anyone done it for Sony Y series laptops? Any inputs would be great. Thx
