Ok guys I have a laptop Acer Travelmate which is about 3 years old I think. Now my dad takes it to his office and uses office's network to access their files and internet.
Now the IP and DNS Server etc are feeded into it which is the office ka networks info.

Now when he comes home, if I want to use this laptop for internet, how do i do so? I am using Airtel Braodband which is through the ethernet only....that means I have to reconfigure the lan card every time I want to use it and then back office config...

Is there anything that I can do to make this automatic.?

Guys thanks for reading and replies and answers will be appreciated.
Thanks

In the zone
In the Lan configuration TCP/IP properties do not try to feed the IP make it as default that is obtain the IP from the network. try this out it may help.
