I would like to buy a new system my current system is pentium D processor and i think i like to get the core2duo mac mini which is used but its in fair condition and the price tag is between 14-18k

is it good enough i would like to go for mac mini bcoz of its smaller size yet powerful and regarding my usage

I will be playing some mild games like NFS underground,assasins creed
hitman 2.maxpayne2 Civilization 5 like games

Some mild photo editing rarely with photoshop cs4
video rendering and transcoding

main softwares i will be using along with games will be

1. Adobe Photoshop cs4
2. Adobe Premire Cs4 rarely
3. Magix rarely
4. Audacity
5. Sony Video Editing Rarely
6. Adobe Dreamweaver

I have Mac Mini. Intel Core 2 Duo P8700 2.53 Ghz, 4 GB DDR3 RAM, nVidia 9400M and 320 GB hard disk. I won't call it powerful at all. It is 3 year old Laptop hardware at best.

I don't intend on selling it, but I'll mention that it can't run Assassin's Creed and Civilization V.

Other games which you mentioned will run.

You can save some money by going for AMD A6-3500 Tri Core processor with built-in Radeon HD 6530D graphics @ 4800.
