Use IGP even with discreet GPU connected

Hi, I want to know if it's possible to use the IGP for gaming even when a discreet graphic card is connected, without affecting the ability to use the discreet graphic card for Phys X and CUDA. I have nvidia 8400GS which apparently is slower than HD2000 of my i3 2100. But I am learning CUDA programming and want to run the CUDA C code on the GPU but also game on the IGP without disconnecting the graphic card.

If you have Lucid Virtu supported on your MOBO, you can run IGP for Windows task and GPU for games/programs.. I believe it is configurable, which programs you want to run thru GPU/IGP using the software

Edit: I dont think Intel manufactured mobo supports LucidVirtu.. I might be wrong, as the official site says all H61 mobos are supported

lucid virtu is avalable for fulltime use only on licensed mobos. on other, it'll be a 30days trial.

@OP: You motherboard, sadly, won't support Lucid Virtu MVP. And you can't do anything about it.
