USB Modem or via Mobile Phone

Hi,

I need wireless internet for my PC. I'm confused about the internet tariffs for USB modem 3G and Mobile 3G. Wat is the difference between
1. Activating 3G in my phone and connecting it to PC
2. Buying 3G USB with and using it(Vodafone 3G or Reliance Netconnect or MTS)

As I understand how it works, I can buy external USB modem and insert the SIM myself and use it.

Also who is the cheap and best provider.

if you need to use the PC mostly for accessing the net get the USB 3G modem .

Use USB modem. Else the mobile battery will get drained out soon and will also heat up the mobile.
