Try to plug in two devices into alternate USB ports of ur Hub, even then if it is not working then then the internel USB circuitry of ur HUB is faulty which makes it work on 1 channel only.

Try to get it check with some of ur friend, if it works with ur friend then the problem seems to be with ur USB Hub controller drivers of ur OS but if not then try to get it replaced.

Shovik.

No additional drivers required. However what I'd request you to do is to try it at a friends place. Sometimes the OS creates a problem which no one can figure out.

Hope this helps.
