usb drive error

Hello,i have a problem in connecting my w810 to pc using usb cable.It gives an error which reads as -Usb drive malfunctioned.My friend W810 connects fine,while most of them facing this problem.

can you give a brief, as i don't have any problem while connecting to my PC or Notebook.

If i use file tranf mood, its perfact to browse via explorer. but if i want to xplore it thru PC Suite, sometimes it gives an error but ok after that

Try in another pc... u will get a idea about whats the main prob is...
