please help
none of my usb drives are working
in device manager, i get an unknown divice connected to usb while nothing is connected there
and when i connect and device(my mobile,usb mouse,external HDD or anything)
a bouble pops up saying usb device not recognized
and in device manager i get another unknown device in the usb list
have tried all methods i have come through like
the registry editing,keeping my comp off power for 30 min to drain off the residing current,and the uninstalling and reinstalling of usb drives and all in the device manager
my specifications are
P5NE-sli motherboard
e6600 2.4Ghz core 2 duo processor
XFX 8600GT graphics card
2*1 GB 667 Mhz Kingston RAM
windows vista
and windows Xp Sp2
i am having the problem in both of my windows
please help ASAP as i as ferustrated with this problem[
