Urgent problem pls help

Guys my computer is not starting, whenever i see my desktop window after boot it restart again, this happen again & again at least 20-30 times before it finally stops doing. i don't have any virus i have checked it. guys pls help me

Start in safe mode. Start->run "msconfig"

go to startup tab, untick everything. go to services, tick "hide microsoft services" then untick all. restart, and it should start properly in normal mode. Then, slowly add the services and startup items till it starts properly. When you discover something that runs into the same problem, uninstall that software.
