my nokia 5300 is not turning off and a eragon theme which i downloaded cannot be changed i have to remove the battery to turn it off

plz help what's the problem

today while surfing in my pc using the phone modem it automatically turned off and since this problem has arised

if thr is ne master rest try it out first...hope u copied all the contacts to computer or SIM card !!
