I want to buy a very basic color set from ONLY NOKIA.
Requirement is 1000phonebook entry,torch light,USB connection and a microsd slot just for backing up contacts.
No Touchscreen.

Check Nokia 110 or X1-01. I find 110 better as its new and have slightly modified S40 where as X1-01 most likely run S30 and is badly limited. Though both fulfill your requirement.
