As Saiyan suggested, see if you can get compatible board for your existing system. That's the cheapest option.

G6400 + H410M E + 8GB DDR4 2666mhz would cost about 14k
2200G/3200G + A320M S2H + 8GB DDR4 3000mhz would cost about 15k/16k - about 30/35% better than G6400
i3 10100 + H410M E + 8GB DDR4 2666mhz would cost about 18k - about 50% better than 2200G

You decide what's best. For your use case, any one of these build will do.

I have got my old mobo repaired and will sell it soon and this looks good to me.

Please tell company good for mobo anf drr 4 ram. I think corsair still gives lifetime warranty on rams....?

No, I mean don't buy any low end CPU which has less than 4 cores/4 threads for >1 month use.

I think AMD supports OC in B series of mobo, not A. But the OC gains aren't worth it to even consider.

I'd consider Asus, MSI, Gigabyte & AsRock as good mobo manufacturers. For RAM, Crucial, G Skill, Adata/XPG & HyperX, maybe even Teamgroup, get the cheapest one IMO among them, for mobo look for its features like RAM slots, M2 slot, USB ports, etc.

The difference will be pretty significant as 3200g is a lot faster as compared to your old athlon 635.

However how much difference will be actually noticeable will depend on the types of applications you will be using your pc for-you will not notice much improvement if you are only going to use your pc for basic office apps or school projects.

Just to add to that, OS on HDD will bottleneck the new system in terms of responsiveness, SSD is much better, even cheap ones like Kingston A400 I suggested earlier @rohitshakti_sehgal

Now my new rig will have AMD 3200G + 8GB Corsair 3200 mhz and Gig A320 mobo (Cost: Rs.16000/- from Nehru Place) with any of the suggested cabinets. My son selected these cabinets using youtube. Rest will be taken from my old PC which had 2TB hdd.

Final thing to find out is about the cabinet out of the following:

ICE 200TG (Rs.2500/-)

ICE 511 mt (Rs.3500/-)

ICE 211tg (Rs.2800/-)

Ant eSports ICE 300 tg (Rs.3000/-)

or last one

Chiptronex GX3000 (Rs.3300/-)

Get ICE-511MT, if you can, best among the ones you listed & good for a proper gaming rig as well (because of the meshed front with 3 intakes + 1 exhaust). Otherwise, ICE-211TG is enough. Avoid rest IMO.
