Upgrading my PC

Hi all,
I have decided to upgrade my mobo,processor and ram. I am also thinking of adding in a graphics card and if budget permits, a HDD. My budget is rs.20k.
The purpose would be gaming and media mostly.
Could anyone suggest me the latest configuration with the best VFM?

Gigabyte's ga-ma785GM-US2H 785G mobo: 5.5k
Corsair 2x2Gb DDR3 1333MHz RAM: 6.5k or transcend's for 5k-5.5k
Palit 9600GT : 4.5k

+1 for desiibond’s suggestion except for the GPU. You don’t really require a graphics card with the 785G (comes with an integrated ATI HD4200). I’d suggest saving up and getting a great graphics card like the 4770 or even the 5750 than getting an entry level one right away. If you still insist get the ATI Radeon HD4670 instead of the 9600GT.

A HD4770 is more reasonable if the OP can push the budget up a bit
