so far i've come up with a list of upgrades:

4600rs for graphic card Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6670 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card - Sapphire: Flipkart.com

900rs for PSU/SMPS above 400/450W, suggest a model please

try to get 7770 ~ 8K/7750~7K and Antek VP 450 ~ 2.6K.
For GPU search local market flipkart prices are high.
You can get Corsair Value 4GB 1333 ~ 1.5K

I am looking to build myself a computer however i have been informed that certain types of RAM may not be compatible with certain motherboards so am i wondering if this RAM:

Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9) Vengeance®
is compatible with this motherboard
Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo (rev. 1.3) ?? GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 775 - GA-G41M-Combo (rev. 1.3)

your board and cpu support ram speed upto 1333mhz only
so highe speed ram are not natively supported by your board

so instead of 1600mhz ram get 1333mhz which costs less than 1600mhz without any performance loss
