I used to Own a HD6670 and 6770 (with a Corsair CX500) but sold it in 2015. I haven't played any game since 2015 due to my education and career. I'd like to return to gaming (casual gaming only, like 2-3 Hrs per WEEK). Don't wish to invest more than 10k as of now. I have already quoted the games i would like to play, I am happy with 720p, low-med graphics, 25-30FPS.

Please suggest

NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 (Desktop)

Benchmark results of GT 1030 says that it should be able to suffice your needs. Anything costlier than this card will definitely shoot up your budget. You may be able to get a decent second hand card having better performance but not sure if that's okay for you.

1030 is a really underpowered overpriced card. Unfortuantely GPU pricing in India sucks, so there may not be better options. Your best bet is to look for gtx 750, 750ti , 1050 in local market or get them second hand. Even the old gtx 750 is much faster than 1030. I am okay with used GPUs. Will try to find a GTX1050/750 as you guys suggest
Not a 750, get a 1050ti. Quite a lot of difference between the two. Seach Facebook Second Hand Computer Parts Sale groups, you can get a good price there.

10k will get you a 1050ti and a decent PSU of 450-500W, may even squeeze in a 4GB DDR3 stick if 1050ti deal is good.

Also have RX570 in consideration. And if you can extend your budget, a 1060 3GB may come at 1-2k more.
