Upgrading advice

My current config is Core 2 duo e6600 2.4ghz ,3gb ram,asus p5b-vm mobo, zebronics 8800gt, vip gold 500watt .
I want to upgrade this config to play crysis at 60fps with max settings on atleast 1024*768. please advice.
will my mobo support current gen graphics card?
I was hoping to buy a nvidia 550 graphics card.
plz help.

never heard of any 8800gt made by zebronics

if you have this motherboard then it will support new gfx cards.

you cant get 60 fps on crysis 2 with that processor..hmm maybe at that resolution but upgrading to a better card will still bottleneck your performance..

First and foremost upgrade your PSU to corsair 430v2 or atleast a 400w and get HD 6770
