Upgrade

My current PC COnfig is
ASROCK I845gv (wit a agp8x slot)
P4 2.4ghz proccy prescott
hynix 512mb ddr 266mhz ram..
80gb hdd
and blah blah...
Now my plans to get a c2d config wont be coming true anytime soon... so i m plannin to upgrade this oldie...
I have 8k...
and i m planning to take a
Seagate IDE 250 gb hdd - 2.8k
Another 512mb ddr ram stick- 1.8k
and a GPU...
As for the GPU i have arnd 3.4k left...
I m thinkin to take a 7300GT 256mb...
So m just askin if there s anything better i can do in 8k...
also can i get a better GPU... i can max out my budget for the GPU to 5k...
I dont hav my pc right now... so cant research much...
so pls help..

i'll suggest u to wait for the ATi HD2400XT agp version.if u buy that then u'll be havin a DX10 gpu.its xpected to cost bout 5k.
