1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Mainly Fl studio 11,and will also try other daws..and play lite games like cod mw2 online,fifa serise.
2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 40-45k
3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: NO
4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 8.1 64 bit,Audiophile linux.
5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 500 GB
6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: want to buy a 1080p monitor
7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Keyboard,Smps ( Corsair tx 650M ).500GB hdd.Dvd drive.
8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:within a month or two.
9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: yes,i can.
10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: kolkata.Only prefer buying it locally.
11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I need a good ups that has surge protector inbuilt.and I dont need any graphics card.I will be using my old msi 6670 ddr5.
Also suggest me a low profile silent cpu cooler,if it suits in this budget.And please dont suggest AMD cpus.I prefere INTEL.
This following configuration,that I am thinking about,may be a overkill for my purpose,but I want to secure,that there will be no lag.
1.monitor : DELL MONITOR 22" S2240L ( 8400 )
2.mouse : ROCCAT LUA ( 1750 )
3.Case : CORSAIR CABINET SPEC 1 RED LED ( 3500 )
4.Mobo : confused ! Asus/gigabyte b85 mobo..( with ALC 892 ) ( 6400 ? )
5.processor : i5 4670 ( 14500 )
6.ram : corsair 8 gb 1600 MHz ( 5200 )
7. Ups : No idea ( 5000 ?)

. look at antec gx700 for cabinet.
