Upgrade dilemma

Hi guys,
I have the current config
Phenom II x4 955 + ASUS M5A88-M + 16 GB DDR3(1333) RAM + 650ti Boost + DELL IN 1920(1366 x 768) + APC SRC 2000 xli- cc

I also have a ASUS M5A97 pro(got in a deal @ Rs. 3000 already own)
My usage

1. DOTA2
2. programming + running 3-4 VMs in VMware
3. running AAA titles & other games @ 1920x1200 / 1366x768
4. movies

Now I am getting a deal I7 5820k + Msi X99 Sli Plus Mobo + Gskill 16gb Ddr4 2400mhz Ram worth Rs. 53000

I am in a dilemma should I buy the above x99 combo

or

buy a 8350 @ Rs. 13000

[both system will have a Zotac 970 amp extreme + dell 2412m + dell IN1920 + Noctua NHd-14]

The only thing usefull in that deal is the CPU. Motherboard won't help in making things faster. And you already have 16 GB RAM. I'd say that deal is useless for you. Better upgrade to a Xeon rig or as you said, get an FX 8350.

Sell the above AM3+ setup and upgrade to X99 without a thought buddy.

RAM - GSKill 16GB DDR4
SSD - Intel 520 series 180GB
HDD - few 3TB WD greens and few 1 TB WD blacks
Cabinet - NZXT Phantom 240(windowed)
PSU - Corsair TX850
UPS - APC SRC 2000 xli- cc

Monitor - DELL 1920(need to upgrade)
Gfx - Zotac 650Ti boost(waiting for AMD 3xx and NVIDIA Paskal)
