[Upgrade] AMD Rig For 3DMax

here are screenshots of CPU-Z
i want to upgrade this config, that would be wise or i should just buy a new one?
and this is not mine, it's for a friend of mine.

budget max. is Rs. 8000
main req. is GFX card and more RAM. with this config 3d max renders takes around 2.5
hours so just want to reduce this timing.
i might be asking too much but would appreciate the advice here.

sell your current pc and get these :

FX 4300 @ 6k
ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2 @ 2.7k
Corsair 4GB DDr3 Value @ 1.8k

btw, you may need to get a new PSu as well.
