unusual problem in pc

hi
my pc tries to connect to the internet abruptly at any time .i have checked my pc with kasperksky 6 and spybot (thinking of keylogger) but to my suppries both of them showed nothing .
i have reinstalled i.e 7 but in vain . What should i do ?

if you running airtel connection , than the problem always comes like this.

Theres a program that accesses the net. check in processes, that might help or if you are using a firewall, set restrictions....

thanks 4r ur reply but i am using mtnl broadband and this type of prob never happened before
