Uninstalling linux

hey guys
i just lost my linux user name and password(dont live at my home and no lecturs please).Can i get into linux(Fedora) in any way.
In any case how can i uninstall it?

Follow this graphic guide to reset the root password:
*www.go2linux.org/fedora-centos-root-password-recovery

(You can then use the root id login to make/delete new users)

To remove fedora
1. Boot from Xp Cd...Press "r" 4 repair & at the command type "fixmbr"!!
2. Now from xp computer management....format the linux paritions with FAT32.
All done!
