how can i delete the satyam online connection maker

what happened was when i cicked the setup it made a file in my desktop the satyam online connector now i am not unable to delete it and when right clicked it only shows open and create shotcut menu and i cant even find the file in docu&setings\username\desktop
and also it's not listed in the uninstall menu


also another problem
My system which is a P4 2.0, 845GNdsmx, 128 MB, 40Gb, win2000
keep on restarting showing a blue screen

(58985*tj0000with so many numbers)

this always happens is this a problem of RAM?

why need title?
well ur first problem.. go to control panel and open dial up networking or start->prog->access->internet tools->dial up networking

there delete the Satyam online connector..

as for ya second prob.. well its called the BSOD and it could be due to the ram also.. try gettin ya frnds ram and try to work with it if its fine then u got a bad ram
