Probably knows the right people who helped him. He is just Vijay Mallya 2.0 considering he has not paid his employees, some even from past 12 months.

As per the article, Byju's didn't declare bankruptcy, BCCI is declaring that to recoup their costs in their absence.

Like I said, they have not declared bankruptcy. BCCI is pushing to declare them bankrupt to recover the money Byjus owes them.
