flash in browser is not possible in any sub10 mobile unless your friend is ready to install custom ROM. even then all mobiles mayn't support.

without flash in browser: Motorola Fire XT
without front cam: SE Xperia Mini

both will cost 12.5k

I have Dell XCD 35 which I brought for 8100/-. Browsers like Opera and Dolphin render flash websites flawlessly. I have not done any rooting/nor installed any ROMs.

@manish.. its strictly within 10k
@sam, i know, but i dont think he is brave enough to install custom roms, recently. among all I advised him optimus one p500, but he wanna dig more, so i thought its better to ask here.
@conqueror... I heard, dell mobiles are not upto mark, but since you have used it, is it good? I mean is it comparable to samsung, lg within same range? service center may be a problem though
