unable to find the folder option in the tools sub menu

even aftr repeated formatting m unable to unearth my hidden folders.
even the oen in the windows help n support didnt yield any results...plz help

ummm...most probably its sum kinda virus...eksplorasi dat gets in at start up...
its evn disabled the registry editing...whr do i find a way to remove it?
i hv da updated avast edition but it doesnt remove it...

I faced the same problem once. It occured due to a virus on my PC, May be its on another partition(one u have not formatted), try a good anti-virus software(avast will do, and its free to) or back up ur data and format all ur drives.

You can recover your folder option by downloading folder recover file *www.baayu.com.np/download/files.php?cat=3
