Unable to boot!

I have created a bootable Windows 7 pendrive & tested it on my computer & it was working without any problem but When I insert same pendrive in my friend's laptop i.e. Dell Inspiron 15R (i5 2nd Gen) then it do not boots even when the laptop have the options to boot from pendrive?
I have checked all options available in BIOS & still I am not able to find a solution to this problem?

Enable boot from USB diskette/drive.

Also, check for some option like 'Boot USB devices first' along with 'Enable USB Boot'.
