Umm... questions of buying advice go here?

My relatives are travelling to Hong Kong, Singapore, and Macau. I want to buy an HD 7950 gfx card. So is it safe to buy from any of these places, and will the card get covered in warranty here in India? The company I was thinking of is Sapphire.

Check the manufacturer's website for int'l warranty before buying. IIRC most companies don't.

Ok. What about the places - Thailand, Singapore, and Macau - are computer parts cheaper there? What is the experience of people on the forum regarding buying from there?

you wont get any international warranty unless it is from EVGA afaik. you may have to ask the seller.
