My TP-LINK modem was struck by lightening yday. and now it is not connecting to internet. i have another modem (teracom), it is connecting fine in the same DSL line. My modem is under warranty. So when i talked with customer care person, he told me courier the device to mumbai. I want know why it doesnt have any service centers in kerala? will i get warranty, if it was struck by lightening?

i sent my modem (which was hit by lightening) to Mumbai. i thought they will just sent a modem. But to my surprise i got the whole thing; a brand new modem with all the accessories. like WD the after sale service is very good. Other companies should learn from these companies.
