Want to buy touchscreen laptop within 40K.

first. There is hardly any laptop available so you really cannot ask which laptop. There might be 2 Samsung models.

I wonder if HP stopped manufacturing all of these laptops...FYI I was getting some nice deals(touchscreen laptop) in Amazon

If you already have laptop with wifi you can make it multitouch using additional device @ ~7k.
