You are demanding way too much for your budget:
1.Need to be FullHD - 1080p
2.Gaming
3.Need to be touchscreen
4.Also need to have backlit keyboard

1,2,4-ASUS G56JR(recommended) or Lenovo Y510p.
2,3-Dell Inspiron 15/15R with touch.
2,3,4-HP ENVY 15-j133TX.
1,2,3,4-HP ENVY 15-j111tx(Weaker in gaming than every laptop listed above;not recommended).

Another option would be to wait for the new HP Envy 15 that is due for release around July 20th. It is said to have an 850M which is more or less comparable to the G56JR's 760M. According to the Times of India Article, I'm not sure whether it has a touch screen (though the picture paired with the article has the touch symbol). Either way, I think it's worth the wait and ticks most of your boxes.

Touch screen should not be a valid option considering the requirement being a gaming laptop. Get G56jr

Ah, I will pass on the same to him. Apparently he has seen some HP Envy Laptop which more or less suited the budget and had touchscreen interface as well. I havent seen the laptop myself and will post the model no ASAP here for your suggestions. (Anyway I personally think touchscreen as more or less of a gimmick.) BTW nobody answered whether HP Envy series like the DV6 series still suffer from overheating while gaming?

No, HP Envy doesn't have those heating issues, but it is not suitable for gaming either, I will suggest, as others have, go for ASUS G56JR.
