I recommend Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 T211,
but if it goes out of budget then go for Samsung Galaxy Tab 2
P3100

By Full HD, do u mean screen resolution or Recording in FHD

BTW - How is Lenovo IdeaTab A3000?

There is no Full HD Android tablet yet with calling facility. In fact, the only FHD Tablet is Nexus 7 2013. Hopefully LG G2 will come with calling capability.

At your budget, Galaxy tab 2 or 3 seems best choice. I wouldn't go with Lenovo for the simple reason that in case of service, Samsung will be better.
