Tablet for MOM. Skyping and Games

Hello TDF, Guyz I was planning to buy a Tablet PC for my MOM on April 5th or 6th. There's a festival called Gitex Coming up here in Dubai.

Also I'll be buying a budget laptop, Except some cheap tablet to be bundled free.
Anywys If In case there is no free tablet on offer Which Options do I have ? Require Front Facing Camera . Looking for some budget Tabs like HCL ,ACER, Touchmate.

Purpose Just playing games,No multitasking or browsing.

Buying on April 6th.Please suggest ASAP

I've found these 2 tablets Touchmate and prestigio offered for free on purchase of laptop which i'm gonna buy this Saturday.So budget isnt NA. Regarding model numbers both are basic models of their respective brands. which one is better ? Purpose Puzzle games and skype or watching videos.

NO HARDCORE Gaming like racing or shooting !
