This looks good, 27" 1440p 100Hz, although it will be bad for gaming because of poor response times.

It is in stock with next day delivery for me at Bengaluru.

250nits is enough unless you have harsh sunlight hitting the monitor directly in a bright room. Most monitors in this price point will be 250nits, some 24" 1080p gaming monitors might be 300nits, like this:
