Suggestions for NON-touchscreen phone with incoming call blocking

I would like some advice on buying a mobile phone based on the following criteria:
1. Budget - less than 10k.
2. A non-touchscreen phone with a traditional keypad.
3. A good camera is a must (as good as is possible in this price range, that is!)
4. Incoming call blocking facility is a MUST, whereby I can block individual numbers.
5. The phone would mostly be used for making calls, sms’, with occasional browsing.
6. Having GPS and Wi-Fi is optional.

I checked the specs of the C5, and it seems to fit what I am looking for perfectly. Does the C5 have bluetooth, and how is the battery life?
Also, any suggestions if Wi-Fi was important too, but GPS was not.
