suggestions for buying a new laptop

I wish to purchase a new laptop my budget is upto 60k. I shall be using it primarily for overnight downloads from internet ( shall remain on for atleast 12-14 hrs each night) and then at work. watching music and changing audio video file formats for burning dvds and downloading on my mobile.

laptop with better run on battery, atleast 3-4 hours and low power consuming.

check HP-Pavilion DV5-1015TX, best in 60K range
