TDF have a IRC Channel, but it's not for instant support.

Though you can ask your questions there.

Server : irc.freenode.net
Channel : #krow

If you don't have any IRC Client installed you can try freenode Web IRC (qwebirc)

That's up to you. Use whatever client you like.

I just pointed you to the Server and Channel, and a webclient in case you don't have dedicated IRC client installed.
