Suggestion regarding upgrade

Right off the assembly line
Almost 3-4 years old specs and still doing pretty good job at 1080p:

CPU: i5 2500K OC 4.8Ghz
Mobo: P8Z77-V PRO
RAM: Gskill sniper 16GB DDR3 (4 X 4)
PSU: Seasonic SII Bronze 620W
GPU: GTX 970 Amp Extreme Edition

Now i want some suggestions from you guys. I am thinking about going for GTX 1070 (MSI version, not the founders edition), Do i need to upgrade my whole specs or buying 1070 will be enough?? (thinking about going to 2K resolution). So far the above giving me stable 60 FPS in almost all the games till now (custom high ultra presets). Money is a concern and thats why if 1070 wont be bottlenecked by my current specs i would really be happy waiting another year or so and go for intel next series tbh.

Please give your suggestions and help me out and also if i go for MSI version of 1070, is MSI warranty or after sale a issue in INDIA or its all good?

Thanks in advance.

Upgrade to a GTX 1060 when it is released. Upgrade your whole system to i5 6600k when GTX 1060 is released.
