Must have USB on the GO so i can connect pendrive directly, TV Out... Decent Battery backup...

HTC One S is highly recommended, it is available around 22-24k.
Apart from that Xperia S is good too.
Get anyone among the two.
And if you are in a strict budget of 20k then you can get Desire X for 17k from tradus.

he will need to install custom rom n do some boot tweakings to use otg feature on htc one s afaik...htc have disabled it on stock rom n kernal..so he will lose warranty..:)

desire x is 15k worthy phone..:)

since brand is not a issue der, have a look at the MICROMAX A110. wud cost u have ur budget, root it with custom rom, and u hav a wonderful device.. al that u need to make sure is of the USB OTG after rooting... anything missing, u wont regret cos u get it for just 10k online... Consider my suggestion pretty seriously, research and take a wise step as per ur opinion.. GUD LUCK

i meant to say considering specifications of desire x, it is overpriced...it should cost below 15k...weak dual core proccy, weak gpu, non hd video recording n playback..even lenovo p700i which is getting below 13k has better hardware than desire x which is getting above 18k..
