This is what finalized..

Ryzen 5 2600 16,200
Msi b450m mortor. 9250
Corsair 8GB 3000mhz 4900
( will get another stick
later On soon)
1TB WD blue 3000
Antec 550w Gold 5900
LG 22MP68. 8900
CM MB520/Corsair Delta 5600/5300

The above build costs me about 54k approx..

I'm thinking of getting CM 410R 92mm cpu cooler to replace stock one. will this be enough to lower temps while gaming? (I don't OC though)
I will get the SSD later on along with one more 8GB RAM stick.

By the way, why is kingston and samsung has huge price difference? Any massive performance difference?

^ Go for ATX board, not much price difference.
If you're not gonna OC, then stock cooler would be suffice. You can buy one later if you find stock is not good enough.

Ryzen stock coolers are actually made by coolermaster only,go for aftermarket cooler if only you feel the need for it.

Samsung 860 evo is the best budget sata ssd & is much better overall than kingston/adata etc. It is not just faster but more reliable too. Wait for some sale as it was available for 4k(250gb model) during amazon oct sale & with ssd prices continuously falling there is a good chance that it may be available for same in next few months.
