1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.' Vague answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work.)
Ans: I am looking forward to play Microsoft Flight Simulator Latest Version, GTA VI (whenever it will launch), Red Dead Redemption 2, GTA V, Spiderman, Racedriver GRID 2, Call of Duty Latest versions, etc.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then please mention.
Ans: 20k (Only for GFX Card and Motherboard)

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 10/11

5. How much hard drive / solid-state drive space is needed?
Ans: Have enough

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention the screen size and resolution you prefer. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, then do mention the screen size and resolution of the monitor you have.
Ans: No

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy? i.e. which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Processor (Existing Ryzen 5 3600), Monitor (Existing 22" Acer), Cabinet (Existing Corsair), RAM (Existing Corsair 24GB with 16GB & 8 GB Sticks), KB, Mouse. Don't know whether existing Corsair CX430 PSU will suffice).

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Now

9. Have you ever built a desktop before? Or, will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes I have built a desktop by myself.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Varanasi. Online purchase

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: No

Your budget is too low

Even a used 3060Ti or 6700XT costs 16-17k & these GPUs are more powerful than a PS5. Need at least a 650W bronze PSU.

16+8GB is bad for gaming, make it 2x16GB. What is the frequency of RAM?

R5 3600 is slow for current gen games (say MSFS 2024). Upgrade path to 5700X3D exists in AM4. Good AM4 mobo like MSI B550M Pro VDH WiFi costs 10k. Cheaper B550/B450 will throttle 5700X3D because of low quality VRMs. Also Gen4 PCIe slot of B550 helps a bit with GPU performance.

Can consider PS5 slim digital for under 40k from amazon. Lower upfront cost but higher running costs (expensive games, subscription to play online)

Ok. I’ll look into the specs bit deep.

Currently I remembered the issue with my cabinet. It’s a Corsair Carbide Spec-01 purchased in 2020, perfectly fine with no scratches, dents but the power buttons are not functional. I have tested it using different cabinet with PSU (CX430) attached to Corsair cabinet to see whether PSU is at fault since my ASRock B450 Pro was not working.
I used another motherboard and it switched ON with the other cabinet.

So my motherboard is faulty and I can’t get it to repair with the local vendors and since ASRock has no service centres in Varanasi leaving me with no option than to purchase another one.
But I want to know whether I can repair my corsair cabinet power buttons?

Some local shop will be able to fix the button for few hundreds or search online on how to do it. You can do some "jugaad" for turning on the system.

www.amazon.in/Computer-Household-Extension-External-Motherboard/dp/B0BCGBK5JT? - Can buy this

So I checked out my mobo with a power button like the amazon link mentioned… mine didn’t power on but i had another that did power on … so it’s conclusive that my asrock mobo and my cabinet power buttons are faulty.
So i would have to buy a mobo .. i’ll have my cabinet and adjust with a new power button.

I’ve shoetlisted the following:
1. GFX - Geforce RTX 3060 Ti
2. Mobo: MSI B550M Pro Vdh
*amzn.in/d/dj6JvaP

one question, will this mobo work with my existing Ryzen 5 3600 and with any other future AMD processor that i might buy , high end ?

3. PSU: Ant Esports FP650B 80 Plus Bronze

B550 will work with Ryzen 3000 & at max with Ryzen 5000. Newer CPUs need AM5 mobo (your CPU socket is AM4). You can upgrade to R7 5700X3D later to get R5 7600 to R7 7700 like gaming performance.

MSI B550M Pro VDH WiFi costs under 10k, a great option IMO.

Look into used 3060Ti or 6700XT costs 16-17k.

Don't buy Antec or Ant esports PSU, buy a decent bronze rated PSU for 5k. MSI MAG A650BN is under 4.5k:

Flight simulator is a very cpu heavy game. You will need to upgrade your CPU and increase your budget x4 to run it at good quality and resolution. Other games which haven't released yet will run but at low or medium settings on your current CPU. Consider at least
Intel 12 gen or above, 6p core or higher cpu
AMD 5xxx or newer 6 core or higher cpu
Nvidia 3xxx or above 12gb vram or higher gpu
Ddr 4 or 5, 16gb Ram or 32gb Ram for being future ready.
In a mobo, try to get the max m.2 nvme ports. 2 or more. Ensure they are also compatible with m.2 sata ssd's
Along with this, ensure the board has 4 Ram slots.
