1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:Gaming,(Games like Assasins Creed3 ,Grand Theft Auto 4,Hitman Absolution,Farcry 3,NFS Most wanted 2010,Battlefield 3, CAll of duty black ops 2,Resident evil4),I would also be using Adobe photoshop, Adobe after effects, Maya.
2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:70k (max:80k not anyomore than that)
3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:No
4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 7 ulitmate 64 bit or windows 8
5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:500gb HDD atleast and would be happy if i get a SSD.
6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:I already have a monitor (HP w1907) 19 inch monitor with 1440 * 900 resolution. I would like to use it but if it is outdated or something of that kind then would buy a new monitor. Preferred screen size 23 or 24 inches , resolution 1920 * 1080 with a full hd screen & 3d support.
7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: I have creative SBS A300 speakers and would like to have it.( if its any good)!
8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:Within 3-4 months
9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:With the help of an assembler
10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:I live in Hosur (Tamilnadu) which is near bangalore. Wouldnt mind buying from flipkart.
11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I would like to have the best expansion options that is atleast 32 gb ram , 2 slots for graphic cards etc.( for future use).I wouldnt mind a bit of noise and high power consumption.
