I have an Intel Pentium Dual Core-E5400

I need a very cheap in price motherboard for this, it should support DDR2 RAM and must have one PCIe x16 slot.

My budget is Rs.3500.

G41 chiset based boards from Asus, Gigabyte and MSI are available within 3K, with both DDR2 and DDR3 variants. I think you've wanted DDR2 based one because you have exiting DDR2 rams. But my suggestion will be the DDR3 variant along with a 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Ram from Corsair @ 1.26K and selling of your old DDR2 ram. Currently DDR2 rams are fading out from the market and they are costiler than DDR3 counterparts and in future you might face problem while adding more Ram.

^^ +1 to cilus' suggestion...
Finding DDR2 Lga 775 boards will be some hassle. At max you will be shoved the intel DQ41RQ or G31 chipset mobos from Biostar/Mercury.

Just adding to what cilus said, these boards will usually support upto 4Gb or even 8gb in some cases. But will carry only 2 slots....that effectively means u wont cross 4gb as for ddr2, 2gb on a single sticks is the one thats available freely unless you were to invest in something like the one below(ddr2 4gb single stick), which defeats logical choices in most scenarios: Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model F2-6400CL6S-4GBMQ
