Suggest tablet ~10k

Competition is growing rapidly for low end tablets. Every week new tablets are being released which are lower in cost but better in performance.

I actually wish to have a windows tablet with intel processor. Surface has already been released . It might took 6 months or more to come into hands with affordable price. But i need a tablet right now and wish to keep it more than a year.

I read some reviews and i think, i can have these under 10k:

1. Ips lcd, 1024x600 or more resolution. 7" is enough for me. (i will watch a lot of movie on it). smooth 1080p playback.
2. inbuilt sim slot : i use cable net, i can not use an external wifi router for my tab (please correct me if i am wrong). I have to buy an internal wifi adapter, create a hotspot and turn my machine on all the time to use internet on my tab. most tablets do not support my favorite dongle.
3. High end and 3d gaming is not necessary for me.
4. ics with google play.
5. 1 gb ram.
6. micros sd slot
7. hdmi port
8. good front camera for video calling. back camera is unnecessary (u kno wy)
9. WiFi b/g/n for good range.
10. usb otg: i have external powered 2 tb hd. wish to use it with tab.
11. of course a good battery for longer video play back.

i can sacrifice sim slot if it save me few k.

i have interest in iberry, ainol, Domo, onda, xtab etc.

as for now this is all.

most probably i am going to buy it.
but without the sim function, it could save me more than 4 thousands, which i can use other staff like 4 gb ram and a bluetooth headphone.

btw, except for auxus ax03 which one has bluetooth among budget tablets?

I would love to see if someone else make a thread like "Tablet Reference Guide, [month], [YYYY]" - which is not present in TDF. :smile:
