Will I need a Discrete Graphics Card to run Intel® HD Graphics 3000 on this Mobo ?

Hello everyone :D

Finally decided to leave a Discrete graphics Card for now [Yep I know i will not be able to play new games (^_^)].

Going for an Intel Core i5 2500K which have Intel® HD Graphics 3000.

##->I have these 2 Motherboards in Mind :-
(1) Biostar TZ68K+ [ TZ68K+ :: Motherboard :: BIOSTAR ]

(2) GIGABYTE GA-Z68P-DS3 [GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-Z68P-DS3 (rev. 1.0) ]

Will just inserting the processor in its socket and Plugging the Monitor in HDMI port (that these Mobo has) work out (o_O)? ((^_^)) :D

Also, which Motherboard you will prefer (Keeping aside the Point that The Biostar one has Less Usb Ports]?? Just asking a Personal opinion :D

[Its really a nice saying : A Penny saved Is a penny earned :) ]

EDit :- Sorry But I changed the whole question of this Thread :p

Naah Naah... I need to buy only One Mobo and also only one Processor.

I asked for 1-2 Mobos so that I can adjust my budget when i will buy.. Just in case .... (^_^) (my budget depends on dad :D )

SO can you suggest me some (separate) mobos (for these 3 processors) between 5k to 8k on which I can safely OC these Processors respectively (o_O) ?

[ A Non- Asus Mobo will be more preferred XD OR is asus Service good in Delhi ?]

buddy fix your budget and post it here.as the price difference between 1090 and 2500k is about 3k.here is a mobo for 9.4k,
Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3

buddy don't edit your questions regularly.this makes the followed comments look meaning less.if you want suggestions on other thing the mention it in comment section.
gigabyte and biostar almost has same specs except usb 3.0.better go with gigabyte as it will be having better build quality.
