4k is too much, last time spend that much and it works for 2 & half year. So this time i have budget around 2k. BTW Jbl one looks good.+1
My HyperX Stinger's mic used to have relatively low volume & pick up background noise easily. Former was fixed by increasing its gain somewhere in windows, latter was fixed using Nvidia Broadcast. Try this if you own an RTX GPU.
Do you know any alternative for non-RTX owners?

I am also using it after suggestion but sound quality sound similar,also i dont know why my mic suddenly started recording distorted sound.RTX Voice works on 16 series GPU as well
I used it with FIFINE microphone (bought around 2k) + 1660 super
