Yes. Looking at your current pc config it is very good config i think you should stick with it & wait for Sandy Bridge E Processor IN Quarter 4 2011

which memory you using? manufacturer and model?

no need to upgrade everything.

get these -

Component | Make | Price RAM |Corsair 1x4GB CMV4GX3M1A1333C9|2200
Graphic Card |MSI R6950 Twin Frozr III Power Edition/OC|16000
PSU |Corsair TX850 V2|6800
Case |Lian Li Lancool K58W|4300
Monitor |DELL Ultrasharp U2311H|14000
Mouse |Razer Deathadder|2000
Keyboard |RAzer Arctosa|2000
Mouse Pad |Razer Goliathus Fragged Standard M - Speed/Control|700
UPS |APC 1.1KVA|4300
| Total |52300

that memory is designed for use with all DDR3 motherboards with two or three memory channels
Corsair Memory — 4GB DDR3 Memory (CMV4GX3M1A1333C9)

that gpu is powerful and will allow you to play everything at highest settings and is futureproof.

i suggested a TX850 V2 as it will remove the future upgrade tension and is well within your budget.

why everything Coolermaster? get those things which we all are suggesting.

I would suggest get

2GB RAM to work as dual channel; if you have single 2GB stick. Else get 2x2GB stick.
Sapphire Radeon HD6870 1GB @ 11400
CM elit430 @2500
Corsair GS600 @ 4000
BenQ G2222HDL @ 8100

Setup will be more than enough to serve till SB-E hit the market. No need to get highend component for now IMO cause by that time price will decrease and more highend product will hit the market.

cooler master pro is good but scarcely available
the PSUs i listed are equally good too
check the reviews if you want

buying a full doesn't mean that its not require to buy a separate cpu cooler
cpu cooler will do its designated work
full tower do have a better airflow
but they are designed so as to provide space for large components
